Yes, as an advocate for rape victims both male and female I’m all to aware of cases like this. In this particular one the poor guy wasn’t even aware the child existed until he was slapped with years of back pay child support from when he wasn't even an adult. Imagine going about your life trying to recover from an event like that and years later have a government official tell you you owe thousands in debt for a child you didn’t know you had and never consented to bring into existence.

If you consider it rape, sure. there's been a few of those "teacher caught sleeping with student" cases where she ended up pregnant, even 1 where they got married. I personally don't consider a completely consensual relationship to be rape though, even if they are still a minor
