How many guys here have heard a rape accusation from a girl, that was later proven to be a false allegation?

Could be someone you know or just in general. But who has heard rape accusations about someone you know or just a guy, then later found out it was all a lie?

Personally I've heard accusations that were later proven false 3 times in my life. 2 of them I knew the guys being accused, third I knew the girl doing the accusing and not the guy.

Took her side because obviously you support your people. She never reported it. Then a year later gets in a relationship with him and has his child...

While the last one was not proven to be false like the other 2... I don't believe any woman would seek out and get into a relationship with a guy who raped her and willing have his child.

So I'm counting that as a 3rd lol

Never. Personally heard of many cases that were not accused and toned down to be kinda nothing even though it was nonconsensual/forced.

That's fuckin ridiculous. Really makes you wonder how many lead to false imprisonment all because the guy didn't have enough evidence to protect himself

Oh yeah, I don't know the guy personally. But guy from my hometown was falsely accused by a girl in his neighborhood whom he had never met because she could admit to her parents that she had sex. She was like 12 or 14.

Accused random guy in her neighborhood. He was convicted and put away after a media storm scorning him. Local politician made sure his face was on the case so he could say he personally put away a child rapist.

He spent several years in prison till the girl formed a conscience and confessed years later. Even after she confessed he was in jail for weeks longer and still on the sex offenders list for 2 years.

Couldn't even get a job when he got out. Had to leave the state to work so he could send money back to take care of his grandma.

Her punishment was something like 6 months time and she could serve on the weekend. So she still got to live her life, keep a job, and everything. While he had to leave the state to even get work

Which I mean I guess is something since she never had to confess. But disgusting all around
