Why are autistic people so mean?

Especially men with autism. It’s like they make it their mission to be as rude and insulting as possible. Is that supposed to be a symptom of autism?

It is because you do not understand Autism!! They are not intentionally being 'MEAN' and probably cannot understand what you mean, by that!! They have a different mental ability, and some areas, especially in social and personal areas, where they cannot process, or understand!
Some of them often feel confused, and angry at people like you, acting like 'NORMAL' people do, but it is not their 'NORMAL' and they don't understand!

I'm not too knowledgeable on mental disabilities but I think their predisposition for anger is dependant on what disability the have. Given that there are a wide range of mental disabilities and personalities autistic people may have. Means your statement implying that all or most of autistic people are mean is not well founded.

Lol autism is a condition which makes people completely oblivious so social cues, so they have no idea they are being mean, they just say what's on their mind, I find it refreshing actually because at least they aren't pretending to be nice to spare feelings or some bullshit

My brother is autistic. I doubt he's able to feel much emotion. My best friend is also autistic and he also can't feel much. I believe most women are the autism spectrum too.
