Is it RUDE to not say BLESS YOU when someone sneezes?

I stopped saying "bless you" when people sneeze because I'm an Atheist and I've had too many people be a dick about it, when I say "bless you" they turn to me and say stupid bullshit like "AH HA!! I caught you!! you do believe in God and only seeking attention and trying to be "edgy""

But I tend to feel a bit of guilt for not saying it, not the depressing type of guilt, it the type of guilt you feel when you don't say please and thank you.

I'm an atheist and i say it, you don't have to be so hardcore about your beliefs it just makes you look a bit of a dick. Some things are just harmless traditions, whimsy and niceties and being dogmatic about it just doesn't do any good

It's religious to say bless you. Religion incorporated into lives of people who are not religious too.

They say "so live" in my country when someone sneezes. There isn't thing about God or religious so you have to move here lol

It's just a nice thing to do.

Around my social group you say bless you once or twice after that you just get berated with insults. "Get your shit together" is the default, after that you get creative to be embarrassing for the situation.
