How to know if a guy plays footsie?

How to know if a guy does it deliberately and not accidentally? This guy I like have been "kicking" my leg on several occasions during our time together, and at first I thought it was by accident. But today, I felt his feet actually lifting my skirt up (it's a long skirt, btw), and "feeling up" the bottom 1/4 of my right leg. I suddenly felt goosebumps. Was that a footsie? I've never had anyone done it to me before so I'm not so sure.

um yes, sorry to break it to you, but we guys always are playing footsie with girls, so if we touch your foot or leg with ours we know, we are aware of everything physically we do, or at least I am, lol :)

A guy will play footsie if he likes to. I have never accidentally footsied a skirt (or anything really)so my guess is he wants to play some footsie with you. Good luck there.
