Then you've not spent anytime with black people at all if you think they cannot be racist or have not seen it. Every time a black person blames all white people and/or demands special privilege (like the Al sharptons and Jesse Jacksons of the world), they are being racist. Blacks commit twice as many hate crimes as whites do, they have the fastest growing hate groups (black seperatists which are beginning to outnumber white hate groups despite the fact that their are 220 million white people in the US and only about 40 million blacks). You have the black Israelites who are insanely racist and demanded that whites kiss their feet (while talking about how gay people are worthless and disgusting and I believe they are also anti jewish as well) as well as black lives matter who called all whites as racist and demanded that white people give up their jobs an homes and give them to black people. 90% of interracial crimes are commited by blacks against whites, etc. etc. So not only can they be racist, many are (and unfortunately their numbers are growing thanks to a society that doesn't call them out for the behavior and makes excuses for it). So yes they can be racist (and the idea that some one can't be racist because of their race is insanely racist) and the only way you haven't seen it is if your not paying attention or your as racist as they are and thus cannot see it.
You've never seen a black racist? Next you're going to say you've never seen an Asian racist. Anyone can be racist. The idea itself that some group is special and immune from being racist IS racist. The only way any group cannot be racist is to have no identity or power to make decisions.

I don't know of too many black people (African-Americans) who aren't racist! I'm forever hearing an African-American bring a person's skin color into a conversation (even when it isn't necessary to do so)! For example, when referring to someone, they'll often say: "This white guy...", "This black dude...", etc. It isn't necessary to specify what the person's skin pigmentation is and it just brings attention/magnifies the issue. It started in the 1980's and got worse in the 1990's and into the 2000's to the point that it created a lot of "white supremisists" and then they voted for Trump - and now we're all suffering.
I've seen a lot, a lot of black people are still holding on to their past and are still stuck on slavery, i understand that their ancestors were treated poorly in the past but natives were raped and had their lands taken away from them and i dont see them holding to that grudge.
Black racism is born from white racism. They have been attacked so much that all they do is be racist back. black racism doesn't really truly believe in its words but the opposite. They really do like the person there being racist too. But because of that person or ideals don't like them they retaliate
Any time something doesn't go their way they claim it is because of racism. If they are a criminal and get caught, they claim racism. They screw over White people in the work force. They whine and complain about cultural appropriation even though they constantly copy things from White people and think it is fine. They think a group consisting of mainly Whites isn't diverse enough, but if something has all Blacks or has other races except Whites it is fine. They think it is fine that they get jobs, college acceptance, and extra free money purely for being Black. They like Black history month, but would claim it would be racist to have a White history month. They keep wanting White characters to be replaced with Black ones instead of just coming up with their own characters. They expect White people to do it for them and claim racism if it doesn't happen.
Sadly, I completely have to agree with everything you've said @AynonOMouse. I've noticed that too. Black women are usually way more racist than black men from what I've noticed in my experience. They are also the ones always complaining about black men dating white women. But black men don't give a damn if a black women dates a black men.
I'm half-black and half-white and have had many black friends who told me to only stick to black men too (I date who I want and I am engaged to a white person) lol and told me how evil white people are, how racist they are and etc. It is a fucking joke.
There is an argument that minorities cannot be racist when dealing with systemic racism since they are not the oppressors (whites are). But minorities can be individually racist.
Others say that since racism is benefited from the privileged group, blacks can't be racist since they don't benefit from it.
I have never received on purpose racist treatment from a black person. But of course there are racist black people. There are racists of all ethnicities.

Spend any time in areas in New York, Chicago, London, Cape Town and you'll see it, its The Intersectional/Identitarian crowd that says its impossible for black people be racist so they can use them to target their hatred on someone else.

Yes, you should meet the Nation of Islam group. But regardless, humans are tribal, so everyone is racist from time to time. Smart people see that in themselves and try to change.
