I have worked with several women who had numerous tattoos, piercings, and pink hair and, without exception, they were bad employees. Having tattoos and piercings does not make s person eligible for social security disability or SSI.

Depends on the country and the type of job. In my country visibly tattooed people don't get high earning jobs because of the social stigma

You'd have to be pretty committed to not be able to cover tattoos in business clothes. But I don't see any problem with tattoos, it's just art on skin so I wouldn't really care about hiring anyone with tattoos as long as they weren't obscene images that couldn't be hidden. There's plenty of jobs available to anyone without face/neck/hand tattoos which is only the hardcore who have probably thought of this issue.
You shouldn't get benefits for purposefully messing up. Obviously they could work in a tattoo shop or they could clean, work remotely, start their own business, etc. The main thing is that if you make the choice to look like that, you have to live with consequences.
All of that ink isn't cheap. If fact I hear that it is very expensive to have done.
Somewhere they spent a lot of money for no benefits.
I know of a guy that was a drug user and lost so many jobs due to the drug use, that he is now unwanted and unemployable.
Know what? He is living off of the tax payers because of it.
Somehow it is possible in some instances.
I know that I wouldn't ever hire someone with that many tattoos showing. It depends on how many and where they are choosing to work. I've seen staff at a hospital with tattoos. I'd say the greater the number of tattoos the more limited the number of places that allow it
I'm they can find a job somewhere but not at any of the high paying corporate type jobs.
Most probably do have jobs. They can cover some if it with makeup and clothes. But if it's all over there face. Those people will usually not get a corporate job.. which I doubt they would want anyways.
They have jobs. What a person looks like shouldn't define what they can or cannot do.
Though, of course, some occupations wouldn't allow people like that within their workspace. My boyfriend is heavily tattooed and has no problem finding work, but he has none on his face. I think once you have your face covered you have crossed the line.
It depends on where the tattoos are and what they are. If the tattoo is on the head or face, then many employers may not want to hire someone who looks "unprofessional".
If I ever get over ten million in net worth I'm just going to get a face tattoo so that I can never return to drugery.
I've worked with people in the hospital who were heavily tattooed.
Only lifers in prison should have that many tattoos in my opinion
is that a girl or a guy
They work in tattoo parlors.
