Loneliness is more of a feeling while love and music have way more to do with communication, which is why they're referred to as universal languages. If we were to open it up to feelings to you could argue that jealousy and happiness are universal too.

No such thing as a universal language. Universal means everyone will understand the same thing in every language... Only thing I can think of is emotions at all, not specifically love, music or loneliness

I don't think so. A lot of people who have a own family, a job, a social live and friends won't feel lonely as quickly. Therefore, no I don't think it's a universal language
