+1 ysingle parent families. generational date and studies show. children that grow up in a family with a good father figure and good mother figure. tend to so much better in life for themselves. does not mean it has to be the biological parents that raise the children. since not everyone can be a good role model to a child. but children that have both figures are typically more mentally, physically and financially stable themselves later on.
also kids raised by there parents, guardians or trusted family members. grow up to be more respectful to their families. then if they are raised by a babysitter, nanny, daycare or school.21 Reply- +1 y

+1 yHating and dehumanizing people based on their political opinions. I think it's because the rise of the internet has led to more biased and one-sided stories. Problem is, people only read these stories which are slanted toward their side. The consequence? People become overly convinced of their own political opinions, leading to hatred and dehumanization of others.

Gay and transgender people for sure, I truly believe they are part of the reason why the world is so sensitive everything is a trigger or offensive we can all make black, white, and Asian jokes. God forbid I say something about LGBTQRSTUV+ Idgaf If you come at me it's true...
21 Reply- +1 y
Yeah u gotta becareful what u say now certain jobs are using it against you now if you joked on social media in the past saying derogatory things about gays as if we all grew up with gay people & it was always normal when it wasn't, gay is clearly a lifestyle and not compared to a ethnicity but everyone wants to ignore that lol
+1 yLGBT people, animal rights, calling out racists, childless couples, tattoos and piercings, different lifestyles... all great things. unfortunately womens rights still have a ways to go...
715 Reply- +1 y
@David_Kek rights to decide what happens to our own bodies. For example, it can be difficult or expensive to gain access to birth control and it's still extremely difficult to get your tubes tied without already having multiple children, being of a certain age or worst of all... needing your husbands permission.
- +1 y
@David_Kek men dont take birth control and you can literally get a vasectomy with no questions asked so... I don't know why even ask this it's pretty obvious
- +1 y
The rights you're talking of are reproductive rights... men do not have any. You wanna get your tubes tied? Go private and sign a waver that you're not going to sue them for making you infertile at some point in the future when you regret your choice. There are no legal rights there that a man has that a woman doesn't, whereas there are reproductive rights women have that men do not.
The whole my body my choice thing, you do have legal rights there, while men have none. A man who consented to sex but not reproduction, can still be legally forced to pay child support for a child he did not choose.
Legally in that context, it's his body, her choice. - +1 y
@David_Kek honey... men dont have uteruses. Of course the circumstances and problems will be different. You sound ridiculous. I can tell you were just itching for me to bring up abortion and its exactly why I didn't
- +1 y
Then you tell wrong, because i couldn't care less about abortion.
I care about my rights, and when i see something taking about women's rights that genuinely can't see that men have less legal rights than women do, i feel compelled to address that fact.
It's irrelevant if men have uteruses or not, being they still have their own bodies, whom they do not have a right over when it comes to their reproductive rights.
As I've already explained, if a man consents to sex (as opposed to consenting to fatherhood), and the women decides to use that sex to get pregnant, the law allows her to forcibly get child support out of him, putting him in a position of involuntary servitude.
If you genuinely believe in the notion of "my body, my choice", then logically that includes supporting a man's right to not be enslaved for consenting to sex. - +1 y
@David_Kek "the woman decides to use that sex to get pregnant..." dude... are you fucking serious? As if men have absolutely no part in getting a woman pregnant. If you're really that afraid of that situation and you think of women that way you shouldn't be having sex. Clearly you lack the maturity and responsibility to handle it.
- +1 y
And there it is; "my body, my choice" in your mind only applies to women.
It's not men's choice whether or not woman becomes a mother, but it is hers whether or not he becomes a father. If your only response for a man is if you don't want that to happen then don't have sex, that exact same argument can be used by pro-lifers; if you don't want to get pregnant, then keep your legs closed and don't have sex.
You're justifying a double-standard, and yet you still think you're entitled to more. And you wonder why "womens rights still have a ways to go".
- +1 y
@David_Kek you're delusional honey. Bye
- +1 y
women have way too many rights over birth control. until men get financial abortion rights i see no reason to support you getting any more rights
- +1 y
@007kingifrit good thing mens opinions on womens rights dont mean shit.
- +1 y
Oooh look at all the bitter men I pissed off by saying women deserve rights *sips tea* the fragility of male ego is astounding
- +1 y
typical femnazi; other people's opinions nad disagreement indicate some sort of "fragility". infact the use of the word fragility has no legitimacy in the English language at all. it exclusively exists to argue in bad faith by ignoring the other person's opinions
- +1 y
@007kingifrit you dont have a uterus you dont have a say. Why should you have any say in what anyone else does with their body. You won't get far honey.

+1 yIn my country it's mental illness. In the past here having a mental illness was like receiving the death sentence.
Not only you were prohibited from working or having any jobs but no human being would see you the same as before. Basically losing your status as a human being if you were unfortunate enough to be plagued by a mental health issue. Mentally ill people were often chained up and let to starve. The more merciful families just locked them in their basements and fed something once a day to keep them alive.
Nowdays there's less stigma towards them and people are more understanding of them but still people with a minor and mild mental illness are frowned upon. Oftentimes the higher functioning ones are forced by society to stay single and those who are married and are found to be have a mental illness to some degree are forced to divorce. It's really sad when you think about it. That's so rude10 Reply349 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Less is becoming socially acceptable. You can't mention things that are not politically correct. Like Rhodesia. You can't criticize your company or stand up for yourself at work on the USA.
Everything is considered offensive.
