1. Being brutally honest at work to your boss. Now that I am in a management role, I tell those who report to me to have no filter, just be professional about it. It saves time, and makes any employee feek valued as well as actually fixing issues and not hiding them from your boss.
2. Dating women from the office: You spend more time at the office/work then you do with almost anyone. It's completely natural, and as long as you act like an adult in whatever way the relationship goes (or if you are rejected) then it's awesome!

I think it might be a good idea to look at all laws that legislate morality which would normalize activities like prostitution and recreational drug use. The "war on drugs" instituted under Nixon has cost this contry billions and has only led to prison pvercrowding, maginalizing minorities (predominantly) and people are always going to try to do whaty they want. This country tried this with Volstead Act and wound up poisoning their own citizens, enriching criminals, and it was overturned a decade later.

It should be considered totally normal to expressly call someone out when they are projecting their damage onto something/someone else. For example: if you say something that I interpret in a way that you don't think makes any sense in the situation, it should be totally normal for you to be like "[FilmGuy93], are you broken or something?
