  @Guardian45 Some offenses can not be settled legally, either because the offenses, while morally and ethically are despicable, are technically legal—or because the people simply have no legal recourse by virtue of financial and economic inequalities. Some poor SOB shouldn’t have to figure out how to sue a billionaire for screwing him over. We both know there are countless reprehensible people who will never face any kind of justice for what they do. So, have a duel. Meet at an agreed upon place with agreed upon rules, and have seconds and witnesses standing by as well as a doctor. Hell, half the time with dueling it was all just about being brave enough to show up and account for yourself and no violence even happened. The seconds would attempt to broker a peace and mediate. “Look he doesn’t seem like such a bad guy, how about we just shake hands and go our separate ways?”
