The long and the short of it is no.

You dont specific which people or land you are refering to but it doesn't change anything anyway, territories are and can only be defined by war and blood and in that sense they have been 'paid' for and are in the hands of their rightful owners.

That is an awful truth but its still the truth.

How could it be any other way?

It doesn't matter what you think or how you feel about it, in practical real terms might IS effectively 'right' and there is no way to change that.

It's a difficult question. If you mean by that to leave lands where they live, no. It's a solution very far from optimal. If you mean they should return to natives good (best for their, natives' needs) piece of land that is certainly enough in any regard and concerning the needed natural resources - yes. But how much it should be, and what land, should decide some party having no own interest in the matter and considered by both sides as a decision-maker able to judge wisely upon whom both sides agree.

No what’s done is done and you can’t reverse history, but that being said, we should leave the natives with their scarred land, I see more and more people trying to overtake it and build roads and stuff there.

After centuries, the 'new' guys now are somewhat natives as well.
Some of the former colonies would be far better off if they would not have insisted on independence.
But I somewhat agree that individual regions should have a say about where they belong to; examples: Palestine, the Curds, the Rohingya, Catalonia, Bremen, ...
It might be a good first idea to illegalize international mega-companies.
