Once again, I believe in principle "no shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service".
And in a democratic Republic free society that's every business owners right to mandate. It is not however, the right of the governor and other political figures to dictate to the people. That is called dictatorship. In a free society the people who understand explain to the best ability what the risk is to do things in a certain way. Then the free people choose if they wish to risk it. It could end badly for them, but they died choosing. There's people still dieing contracting covid doing what they're dictated.
If a business owner asks me to wear a mask I gladly, If the governor tries to force his rule on me further and attempt to add to ashtray stolen authority I am sorry but I'm disinclined to acquiesce.

I live in eastern Europe, and a short walk from my home is a lake with a beach. People flock to frolic in the water. They all are mask free, don't do social distance, and the lifeguards on duty don't give a ****. Hence, these lifeguards, promote the defiance of authority in this case.
I wear one when I go into a store or when I am outside, no on my property, and no running. I do not when I walk my dogs, but have one with me just in case others are walking. The only thing that annoys me is when I'm cooling down from running and some Karen who is 100 feet away walks over to me to lecture me. "Umm, moron, you were nowhere near me and now you are violating your social distancing rules."

If you therefore consider cloth face coverings worn by the untrained general population, who will undoubtedly be touching them more often than medical professionals would, and add in the fact that they encourage people to be less mindful of social distancing (which we know does actually work) then cloth face coverings may well actually increase the infection rate. In Sweden it is illegal (and unconstitutional) for any health measures to be taken without clear scientific evidence, currently (as the health authority here has said) that evidence simply does not exist for face coverings and they cannot (and I'm sure would not want to anyway) mandate face coverings based on hope rather than science.
