After watching the debate last night, I began feeling sorry for the white guys that Trump was saying are the victims of racism in America. And it got me to thinking that he will most likely declare an executive order that will force the NBA into drafting more white people.

Given the fact most liberals support equality and racial balance in everything else, the NBA needs to radically alter its racial makeup. Statistics show that 74% of the NBA players are black. That needs to drop to roughly 13%-14%. White players need to be added drastically from the 23% makeup they currently have. The NBA definitely is NOT representative of society.

As someone who is literally only attracted to men who are white, no, white men are not generally as good in basketball as other ethnicities, and even then, it would be stupid to force them too seeing as it's not based on ethnicity, it's based on talent and height

Not really.
White men are good at plenty of sports.
Black guys just took basketball as their own thing to focus on.
They would have to also force hockey teams to draft more black guys that can't skate or olympic teams would have black guys that can't swim etc.
Basketball is too far gone to fix it.
It's more about height than skill now.

The Nba and the Wnba are two separate leagues that play the same sport. They choose the best players unlike back in the day where if you were black it would be a big no no. Today if the Nba rejected someone because of their skin color everyone would pounce on them. So it's not the color of their skin, it's their ability to actually play as well as the others

male dominated fields
or high rated universities
there is a need to meet a "racial quota"
companies are attacked for not hiring enough blacks.. or not having enough women
and the whole basis of quality means nothing

Take for example Affirmative Action
which has been in place for MANY decades (even states like California outlawed it because it was viewed as racist)
they would admit black students into colleges at far lower test scores... and expect Asians to meet far higher than average in order to consider enroll.. so the colleges could meet a quota

Thomas Sowell (an intellectual) had stated that great irony of Affirmative Action
was that it ended up hurting the Black Community

it may have enrolled them at far hirer rates to high rating universities
but many of them failed miserably (and had a 70%+ drop out rate) due to the inability to compete
and thus left many blacks as college drop outs with high loan debts

BUT I suppose the point is
we live in a day and age.. where many fields are attacked in the same way supercutebutt made this joke about the NBA
if a field is too male.. or has too many white people... its automatically considered racist or sexist
^but if its female dominated.. or dominated by black people.. its not?
OR... if a white person were to play a minority in a movie (like Scarlett Johannson in Ghost in the Shell) its considered racist or white washing?
BUT if a minority plays a white character (such as making Liet Keynes in Dune a Black woman.. when the character was a White man) its considered progress?

naturally there is more of a sports culture among the black community
so there is more of an emphasis of sports (especially basketball and football... obviously other sports are white dominate)

its a mocking expression of how White or Male dominated fields are treated
Because on a daily basis.. ANYTHING.. dominated by Men.. or by White people.. are subjected to the same analysis
but if we even DARE look at female or black dominated fields... it seems hilarious to suggest we allow the same thing happen (as in we start recruiting more men.. or more white people)

even the concepts of white privilege.. or white fragility... are quite destructive (and contrary to MLKs teachings)
