  Criminals will also be restricted from access to weapons. A killer who wants to kill you will shoot you first. He knows he wants to kill you and he wants to shoot you. You don't know if the unknown person (the killer) wants to shoot you.
  If I came to the United States and had access to weapons, I would get an AK-47, if I want to kill someone, what does that person stop me with?
