I can't treat anyone as the least bit intelligent to either be stupid enough to misconstrue Carano's comments, or think of other as being stupid enough to find them "anti-Semitic." The sheer irony is those feigning outrage and offense trivializing the actual Holocaust by using it to virtue signal and cancel someone. But once again, what's the main rule of SJW's? Double irony in the fact that the others who did far worse are for more expendable and no one really cares about them. Pedro Pascal's character wears a helmet most of the time and uses a stunt double for much of the scenes; he's literally as replaceable as possible on The Mandalorian) So the "she got fired for making Disney look bad" BS argument doesn't work, when nothing happens to those on the left doing literally worse to Disney's brand and reputation.

I don't see anything wrong with that statement myself. It is true the Nazi's did that. It is also true that people did that to Japanese Americans and put them in internment camps and took away all their businesses, just like the Nazis did to Jewish shop owners. And it is also true right now that people are attacking Asians because of China's spread of COVID. They are doing that to Trump. He may have been an asshole in many ways, but so are a lot of other politicians. The fact is Trump was trying to do something about illegal immigration while Biden is wanting to open the borders to all of South America and Mexico. They want Trump out of the way so the real powers that be can carry out their agenda for a One World Government and Trump was a wrench in the cog. I'm beginning to think the Dems or powers that be really did fix the election. If Kennedy's assassination could be covered up, as well as a half million other things, fixing an election would not be out of the realm of believability.

2. There is no example that shows anything that could come close to anybody suffering like Jewish people suffered. It is offensive to downplay something this disturbing just to play the victim.

I think the biggest thing people are bent out of shape about with Gina's tweet was the fact that they see the Holocaust and allusion to Jews as offensive because Jews actually died whereas conservatives aren't being thrown into camps and killed like they were. Now while that part is true, the fact that anyone that leans right or does not agree with society's main political ideology being represented is considered an enemy and is targeted which results in violence which we saw plenty of last year, which is the part that aligns with what Gina said about being outed and put in the crosshairs of those that don't like you because of what you believe and stand for.
It goes with the fact it is being twisted narratively by the media to portray anyone with that mindset or not conforming to that ideology as nazis and enemies. People trust what they are told way too easily these days and cannot lower their guard enough to hear opinions that in turn challenges what they believe without feeling attacked or threatened by someone else's ideals that don't line up with their's.

Of course not, saying don't demonize your neighbors because that leads to bad things is not offensive, its common sense and common decency. They're not really offensive, but I think they're mostly inaccurate and not well thought out. For one thing, the "government" wasn't alone in "making neighbors hate neighbors". Stupid people who are easily led did it themselves. Leaders can play a big role in that, but you have to remember it takes an ignorant, and/or completely subjugated population, to follow a tyrant in whole or part.
I truly believe the reason she was fired is because she mentioned the forbidden references - Nazis and Jews. However loosely the association, comparing that level of hate with "hating someone for their political views" is not, in my opinion, "the same as". I've stated in other questions that I'm not agreeing she deserved to be fired, but I understand why she was. Nor do I believe she's being "blacklisted" by Hollywood for doing so. For one thing, she's not a terribly gifted actress! She's more like a female "Vin Diesel".
What she said was rational and truthful. The didn't call anybody names or say anything horrible. She just used an analogy to describe what is happening these days. It was a warning to society. And, ironically, Disney/Lucas Films proved her point.

As a jew my self, who has family that survived the holocaust, she is not wrong, and I don't find her statements offensive. The left have said far worse, take ilhan Omar as an example. But they get a free pass because they are part of the left. She was removed because she is conservative, not because of what she said.
It's not offensive because it is a well documented fact accepted by all historians that jews were attacked by civilians. However it's nonsense to say that soldiers did not do most of the work.

We already had a "Reichstag Fire"; it was 9/11 (FYI, not everything has to happen in chronological order) and the GOP (who cut back on counter terrorism in the months prior even though we'd known Al Qaeda was a threat) used it to push draconian measures like the patriot act, expand the military and launch wars of aggression. Uh no, the cut in CIA spending was a "half baked statement that has no relevance to anything" because it completely ignores the historic context and that context is this:
During the 1980s the USSR invaded Afghanistan and the US launched the largest covert war in history in support of the Afghan resistance. The CIA expanded at that time but most of that expansion was focused on Guerilla operations. After the Soviet withdrawal and subsequent collapse, we weren't supporting a covert war against a military superpower so that part of the CIA was cut back. You were lying by omission to make it sound like Clinton was weakening our counter terrorism efforts while if anything, the elimination of the excess covert ops section after the Soviet Afghan war was over freed up more resources for counter terrorism efforts.
When you downsize departments you have to lay off people and if you look at trends in CIA spending over time you can see a pretty noticeable surge in the 1980s (gee, I wonder what that was all about). And if you look at spending after it went down, it goes back to the general trend it was on before the Soviet Afghan war:
