American culture creates School Shooters because it tolerates hypocrisy, double standards, and degeneracy?

It's mental health combined with the obsession with spectacles and political maneuvering.

Very few school shootings consist of say a bullying victim killing their bullies. Instead, they're spectacles, indiscriminately killing multiple people, and usually ending with the shooter taking their own life. There's frequently a bad home life involved as well, with family, friends and teachers failing to do or say something when they know someone has been acting strangely.

The news cycle is a huge part of the problem too. When stuff like this happens, it's all they talk about for weeks at a time. The message between the lines to someone who isn't mentally stable or lacks the moral stamina to know better will emmulate what they see on the news to get their own fame. Then to make things worse, the event inevitably becomes heavily politicized to push some agenda, all while ignoring the severe decline in mental health within the country, and negligent parents and teachers. Sometimes this factor gets so bad that the news completely fabricates details. The reality is that this whole push to tiptoe around everyone is creating a socially detached culture incapable of looking out for each other, and in extreme cases cultivating insatiable resentment.

There are a lot of theories as to why school shootings go on here.
I don't think the causal relationship relating directly to culture has been established considering all of us and our kids are immersed in our culture and we have relatively few school shootings. Yes, more than anywhere else but considering there are 300 million americans and only maybe 1 or 2 school shootings a year, that isn't very many

Nope, because they don't do anything about bullies which causes kids to commit suicide and shoot up schools aiming to find their bullies. Mental health care is expensive so they need to make it available to all at little cost to those who need it. So many people are seeking help that it is hard to get an appointment. If you want job security become a Psychologist. They will always have a job.

So true! In the 60's they just met behind the gas station after school and duked it out. Now they meet after school in the parking lot and shoot it out.

B) Hypocrisy, double standards and degeneracy have been around in what is now the USA since the first Pilgrim landed here.

ALL school shooters are psychopaths, but not all psychopaths are school shooters. The "culture" is not responsible for creating wacko's that shoot up kids in classrooms or on school property.
