I think that people really get too emotional and kind of religious about this. They reject the idea that feminism was the cause because they support feminism, or they see it as bitter incels blaming women for everything. It doesn't really have to be.

@tartaarsaus mentioned that a big factor was the economic liberalisation of women. Women who don't need to be provided for are less likely to stay with a man they don't love out of dependence. That's 100% true.

Regardless of whether anybody thinks that this is a good or a bad thing, and personally I think that it's a good thing, that still means that feminism is the main cause.

Also along with feminism came the sexual liberation of women right? In the past they were heavily slut-shamed and divorce was heavily frowned upon. These stigmas have mostly been removed. It's normal now for women to use Tinder, have a few hook ups, go out to a club or a party get drunk and get laid. I'm definitely not complaining about that either.

But what this also means is that the guys who can get laid will by nature not want to settle down before having a lot of sex with a lot of women, if ever. Many women who want to lock down those attractive guys will struggle to do so because that guy has more options than ever. It's the guys who are more average or below average who get the short end of the stick here really.

It also changed the way women select men. If they're no longer selecting for the best provider because they're not dependent, what are they selecting for? The guy who is the most fun and makes her feel a certain way.

Ukrainian wait for love but have 5 sons and daughters from different fathers.
Who the youtuber meet that daughter think that she feel she should have not been existing and he met another case like it again, so probably not only one case.
Japanese girl are wild from ego like mother in Yu Yu Hakusho. so that are not only one cases. hard to say because the method to perspective need to long story. basically rock and roll in society but you know always leave shits to others, still stand for bright in capitalism. I can under stand the saying that communism say you can not manage by yourself against freedom to duty. but I also know why would clan commune tend to go for freedom. because many thing that need to decide by yourself indeed.

No I still blame the men that don't appreciate a good woman.
From my experience it's having a guy and being supportive loving kind and generous only to be slapped down because he didn't really value me.
He told me I wasn't his ideal and continued to knock me down. And hid me out of embarrassment, had I realised I would have dumped him ages ago.
But anyways being used by a man isn't unusual, and I know the naysayers will say women do it too. And that I don't deny.
But the bottom line is these type of men ruin good women. And that why there's high divorce rates etc etc...
The male ego is so big, yet so fragile.

It's only when they fail or reach the height of success alone that they wonder...

doesn't seem feminism is a main stream activity. at least i haven't seen anyone testifying for feminism. But I believe girl child dose need to be empowered just to make her way in this world but that what good parents do.

No, not at all.
The fault lies in us as a whole generation, more than political or social ideas.
Technology made us more accustomed to get quick informations and rewards, so we have much less patience for things that take much more effort and time to get a "reward" from, such as marriage.
Plus social media gave us the ability to quickly consume a piece of media - an article, a video - and then move on to the next. So it's inevitable that some of us do it with relationships - meet one person, hit it off, have sex, and off to find another.
Those things are all related.

No I believe it's on a person's morality as well, cheating is a bad action and society has normalised it and let's it go like nothing happened, we've forgotten our biological pairing as a couple which is a symbiotic relationship meaning we depend on each other neither of us are superior nor inferior. The biological reason for our existence being to procreate and it's more efficient if a person stays loyal resulting in the best emotional investment in their offspring and a deeper bond between the couple.

Not really. I think lower marriage rates are more a consequence of economic liberalization of women in terms of not needing to rely on men as much for their daily income.

If you absolutely need a man for your income, you’re more likely to marry.

And that increased independence - along with it actually being easier legally to divorce - automatically brings along more divorces.

A lot of the blame does go to them, but not all. Structural economic changes are just as much to blame since they have increased income instability and inequality (and business and political elites are to blame for that).

Feminist are more likely to sleep around and use the excuse men do it too, but they themselves enable men to. Sex without marriage increases the likelihood of divorce for every additional partner. Unless you are virgin before marriage you are likely to divorce. Christ can heal all wounds, but seeking wounds is unwise. All feminist ideally makes marriage unfavorable and that is their goal.

wimmin on here keep reminding us that most divorces are instigated by other wimmin, not men. They tell us that it is evidence of the break up being the mans fault because the wimmin are the ones asking for divorce.
