Hmm no you don't, the "Vaccine" only provides minor protection against the virus by reducing the severity of the symptoms you get when you do eventually get the virus. It doesn't prevent spread of the virus nor does it stop you getting it. It only minorly benefits those who are vaccinated and provides no benefit to those who aren't. So choosing not to get it, which is your right to do so can only negatively effect you.

I myself have already had the virus, it was barely noticeable and I'm perfectly fine now as most people tend to be. Considering the chance of death is around 0.2%

You cannot sue a state because you disagree with how tax dollars are spent. They generally have immunity from these type of suits. If they didn’t, there would be a myriad of lawsuits over each and every budget item and the public cost of defending those suits would be astronomical. Nothing would ever get done.
