I think it depends on what they did, if they're really sorry, if they're really ready to repent/change... If they're really ready to work at being better, not doing the same things.

In most situations, people deserve a second chance. However, they don't always deserve a second chance, depending on what they did. And even when deserving a second chance, they don't always deserve the second chance with the same people that they wronged.

For insulting you during an argument and then apologizing, and working on improving things yes.
For being a fake person, cheating on you or stealing money from you NOPE.
