I was upset with her which made her upset. She made the decision to walk away. I didn't try to convince her to stay but I told her not to come back. Later that night she's texting me she misses me and she made a mistake and that she was wrong. She didn't cheat. Just a completely irrational decision. And now I'm here thinking if this is minor enough to forgive her or should I move on.

Some do and some don't, it depends. I've given a 2nd chance recently and I regret this 'cause I've been treated much worse than for the first time. Not everybody can appreciate it and some people are not able to change. Listen to your intuition! And well, 2nd chance might be okay, but don't you ever give 3rd, 4th etc. chances, it's a vicious circle. Speaking from experience. I told myself to listen to my intuition more often.

I personally believe in second chances except when it comes to lying and cheating. Trust lost is never fully restored. But nobody is owed a second chance
