Why aren't the men in society worldwide trying with women anymore? Is it the decreasing quality of women? Women becoming more like men?

Women are not worth the hassle anymore, at least the ones embracing the modern braindeadness.
Men are becoming more and more pussified, weak and insecure. Realistically, no woman with a desire for maternity will ever choose such a loser as the father of their children.
So here we stand, at the crossroads, back to back.
The only ones going forward are the ones who are still behaving like normal people.

Your question sounds like it would be drenched in stereotypes and trying to use opinions as measurement tools.

It might vary by nation. Here in Japan, I think the number one reason is the economy. I have friends with girlfriends of many years who dream about getting married, but they simply cannot afford to buy a house (even a small, old house in Tokyo can cost over $500,000 USD). Then the younger generation notices people like my friends and they just lose interest outright.

In Japan, I think marriage is still largely valued along with raising a family. I haven't seen cynical views about it become mainstream just yet. And I don't think we have a huge problem with women becoming more like men and pushing them out of the picture. Yet Japanese typically don't get married unless they can afford a proper home and children.

... meanwhile, I see so many young Japanese these days and they're still living with their parents. They can't even afford to have their own apartment let alone buy their own house.

That said, I don't have specific data but just going by my own anecdotal observations, I see what appears like a much larger percentage of the population in cheaper, more rural parts of Japan who are married... and young people still getting married en masse in those places. It's the more expensive places where I meet far more people who are already like going into their 30s+ without marrying.

Well it seems like men have to poetic geniuses or hotshots to woo women today.. Especially online.. It seems like men have to jump through hoops of fire.. There's definitely women worth working for, but you have to go through all the narcissism and entitlement to get to the woman you want to put a ring on. It can be pretty discouraging..

No, It is because the women today are very cold. They are out to hurt men, instead of love them. However, You can still find a good woman in today's world. They are out there.

the need for the other sex has been decreased and limited to sex only. people realized that and started the hookup culture.
