if one of them makes it, they tend to not give a fuck in bringing up anyone else of their race and in fact may go as far as even sabotage them so they can be the only one that made it. We saw an example of this with black lives matter leader spending the all the donation money on herself and buying a home in a white suburban community.

I often see this mentality with high professional black people, who often try to integrate themselves into non-black groups that predominate that field and look down or sabotage other black that are in that respective field. While other races are often see the opposite with them helping out the other.

For example, In the medical field, you have a lot of Asians and they often try to pull each other up and help them become better. Blacks will tear each other down and look down on other black doctors/medical students while trying to integrate and be accepted by the predominant non-black group in that field.

black people will go out of their way to help a non-black person or to make a non-black person comfortable. but then get an attitude with a black person. there are literal black people who change the way they act around other groups. won't speak to another. and I get it crime poverty ghetto but even the suburb blacks who never went through that act that way so its interesting

My very blunt opinion on this topic and with no desire to offend is that it seems to me, with my limited experience, like African-Americans focus too much on conformity. I had a close black friend who was an engineer for Sony and he told me stories about not being able to fit in with black people just because he's well-educated and even got called "Uncle Tom" in a derogatory way just for the way he speaks and dresses. He should be a model for success as I see it but it's like some people see him as someone who "betrayed his own kind".

I think with us Asians (if I can count, I am half-Asian), we don't care if someone "acts white", if that's even a thing. I don't even think it's a thing. We don't consider it betraying our race. They succeeded in the economy and so that's a success case worthy of admiration.

And by this I mean I mean conformity of a kind that might be counter-productive, like teasing African-Americans who excel in school and in their careers..

I used specifically African-American though and not black because I don't find this counter-productive trend as much among black people from places like Jamaica or Nigeria.

In all groups there is a lot of in fighting. We like to point fingers at another group to feel better about ours. One could argue that we are trained to do so. Be honest about it. Remove all groups from the issue and look at it as a human issue. Because we are all human before we are anything. The vast majority of these issues are born out of us putting groups before our humanity and the humanity of others.

I heard quite some black people living in my country regularly (key word right there) who despise those of their own people who give them a bad name because of their lawlesness and lack of civilty.
Same goes for me when I see italians behaving like complete morons and then I get diffidence for being part of the same sorry lot, when my behaviour in foreign land is nothing but exemplar.

Too few non-Whites are in high positions to "affect" the outcomes of other non-Whites. Hell, most non-whites get into high positions as tokens or coconuts.

There is no evidence of the BLM founders embezzling or taking money lawfully. Compared to the heads of other charities they're not actually making that much.
