When others try so hard to knock you down, how do you remain defiant? I've experienced this many times & had to deal with haters but it's hard to not let it crush you. I want to know other people's experiences & tips so feel free to share

Most of the time I stand tall and proud, protecting those around me.

however at times I just go all out nasty and take the rage and pain directly at the storm and put it into a little bottle and keep it in my cupboard.

at times you stand strong, other times you attack and destroy.

I think the best way is to stand tall but not defiant. If you're defiant, you're engaging with the haters and that can really drag you down. Instead, I think it helps to engage with the fans and not the haters. Keep your cool.

I like to use a martial arts analogy like take Mr. Miyagi. Somehow he gets a lot of haters even though he's like a sweet old man with a big sense of humor. So then when a hater like Kreese tries to punch him, he just nonchalantly moves out of the way and the hater ends up busting his knuckles on the window.

Then Mr. Miyagi makes a joke and goes about his business. That's the most peaceful way to do it as I see it that gives you a sense of inner peace if you can manage it.

luckily i've been smarter than those people so when confronted i could always make them look bad and usually turn the tables on them

The way I handle haters is I shut them down and kill them with kindness. It throws them off guard and I walk away but I never turn my back on them.

The best way is to keep quiet n calm. Your attention is very precious, not everything or everyone deserves it.
