I’m disgusted by this. This type of teaching is nothing but teaching racism against whites. It’s assigning positive attributes to non White’s while assigning negative traits to whites. It’s further relieving non whites, particularly blacks of responsibility for their lives and actions by proposing its whites who are at fault for the blacks lots in life. No one is responsible for you but you. I suppose on Judgment Day some blacks will dare say: “….. but Jesus, it’s not my fault for my behavior and choices but rather it’s the fault of white people.”
CRT is vile and repulsive and all people regardless of color should stand against it. White families wherever it’s taught should remove their children from a school teaching such lies.

"CRT" is the idea that "society" is inherently racist. Well, "society" is made up of people, so you must conclude that "people" are inherently racist, or at the very least, the people who are in POWER that make rules for society.
Most of the versions of history you're fed at school at half truths at BEST, so you can't even use that as baseline. Any attempt to associate a singular party, i. e. the Dems, as being the forefathers of racism is ridiculous.
Racism has, and always will, start with ignorance and fester with lies. Your party, color, race, situation, ... that doesn't matter. Look in your HEART and brain and find your answer there. I mean critical race theory has been an academic topic for decades already. Its like the monthly new word that the Republicans learned about and decided to be outraged at. This is EXTREMELY racist. Impressionable young children should NOT be taught to automatically blame white people whenever something goes wrong. It wasn't that long ago that Martian Luther King Jr. talked about how he dreamed of a day when people were judged, not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. Between BLM and Critical Race Theory, we couldn't be further from that dream.

I think it needs to be taught. Learning our history through the lense of other races can give us a lot of insight. Learning about history should not give you joy though.

Critical race theory teaches that we have more in common with minorities in American history than we think. Politicians lie. Why do you trust a word the government says? It doesn't teach that white people are evil, and white people shouldn't feel guilty for their ancestors wrongdoings. White guilt only prevents us from moving forward.

I’ve lived life through many sets of eyes. I have a bachelors in psychology, I was also a criminal too, I have felonies, I have poor friends, I have rich friends, shady friends. I know manipulation well, triangular politics, real life experiences. I was addicted to opiates for 3 years, been clean 12. I went from athletic to fat back to athletic. You get to see how the world treats you. I have a black friend in the NBA, an assistant coach at D1 college, drug dealers white, black, hispanic. Know straight, gay and trans people. I’ve read over 70 books in my lifetime. I’ve travelled all around the USA and in Germany. I have family that was in the war. That escaped Hitler. I have the least amount of education in my family, yet I have the most money.
The thing is I’m able to entertain current events from myriad perspectives and come to logical conclusions through critical thinking, deductive reasoning. I always like to stay 2-3 steps ahead of everything. Perhaps that’s why I’ve been so successful in the stock market.
Most of all, I’m not afraid to admit when I’m WRONG. That’s how you learn.

Critical race theory is just an extension of Critical theory. It is essentially just a way to re-examine something and in this case the topic of race in the context of social and legal matters. Its a philosophical tool which is probably why you have not heard about it before even though its around 80 years old by this point.
