Latino couple we shot and killed in Humboldt Park Chicago. They were displaying a Puerto Rico flag 🇵🇷 on there vehicle. Vehicle appears to be a Lincoln SUV. My thought is the gang confused the flag to be the Texas flag 🇨🇱.
