Most of it is false perceptions. A woman as another soul is absolutely equal and that can never be violated here or even beyond this plane as it doesn’t matter how society places the sexes in the human condition. There is a basic instinct as a species to protect the woman that directly ties back to the amygdale and normal women expect this. A cancerous element in human behavior has shifted many women to detest this position. This has shifted the politics to beyond equal rights and has given women now superior rights in Western countries. In the US, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) has been tossed about like a hot potato because it would make the sexes legally, exactly the same with no distinction. The feminists have fought the ERA to where is seems to be dead-on-arrival but it still may have a pulse. As it stands in Western countries, women are currently legally superior by some laws (e. g. Title IX eliminating male scholarships based on quotas alone not ability), rights (e. g. vote-no selective service required) and per typical judgments/verdicts (e. g. family courts/criminal sentences severity by sex). That is why women do not have “total equality” with men.

I absolutely 110% believe that the vast majority of men and women don’t really care about what genitals a political leader has. They care more about the leaders abilities and ambitions. If you got me a female candidate for the Oval Office who was competent and proposed policy that fit my beliefs i would vote for her any day. I do NOT care if they are a man or woman. I care about what they can do (especially under pressure.)
Joe Biden moronically announced he would seek a woman of color as a running mate prior to selecting Harris. I believe in equity which make women have more legal rights such as abortion (-men can't have abortion but women can which make her have one more right-) due to biological reasons since women and men are biologically different. The only reason women don't have full equality with men is that men are in charge. And often, a prime example is the military, don't want to share their pieces of the exciting, in-charge pie.
In addition, traditionally, men left wives home to take care of everything in the home sphere so they could work and not have to think about who would take care of the children, the house, grocery shop, plan and make meals, do laundry, teach the kids to read and write. A wife was a one-stop shop.
But there is no reason for men to be the only ones working if women can make decent money and contribute to household finances. However, when wo men DO work, they still do more than 50 percent of home work. Males still erroneously undervalue women's work at home.
The fact is most household chores are repetitive and draining. Child care for the very young sucks the life out of adults if they're the only ones delivering it. Until men trade off such valuable work with women so each can get recharged and bring renewed energy to their partnerships, work and families, both are cheated.
Because men and women are actually different types of people, with different wants, needs, and roles they play in society. But yeah, one can ask... Why DO women have more rights than men in every single Western country on Earth? Men don't have reproductive rights or voting without military obligation, or equal treatment by the law and court cases, or seriousness when the victims of a crime (especially domestic abuse or rape by women). Why IS society so unequal to men? Hmmm... Really makes ya think! Really gets the noggin' joggin'!
I think we do... women can do whatever they want, sometimes even a fair competition is removed from their path to help them succeed. I don't think it's such a good thing because it's basically discriminating men. And making us look silly, like we can't be successful unless men are dumbed down.
The only area in which women are not equal to men is crime rates and nobody, least of all feminists, seem to care. At least in my country (socialist shithole) penalty for rape is very low compared to say, causing someone other kind of harm. Nobody cares about the crimes committed against women. And for me that's the problem we need to prioritise, rather than pay gap in which I personally don't believe because I've seen no evidence.
Also, equal doesn't mean the same. We're very different, physically and mentally.

Women and men must have equal rights. But because of the The patriarchal system people do gender discrimination a lot. Feminism is the way that women protect their rights some think that feminism is men hostility but it is not. I think the patriarchal system is underrated the women. We don’t choose our gender before coming to the life why i should live under the management of the men? All the people have right to live their life fully. Women can have sexually more partners, women can do some physical challeging jobs and manage the country or office etc. There is absolutely some biological differences we can’t deny that but there are personality differences too not all men are the same or not all the women are the same. Do you honestly believe that the person who decides if you get to have kids and then raises those kids has never had power? The only reason women aren't "equal" to men is because they are smart enough to not want to be. Women are (and have historically been) either in charge of men or were controlling them from behind the scenes. Remember, you're talking about HALF OF ALL HUMANS EVER. The very last thing women want is real "equality". True equality would mean:
-Cutting spending on women's health issues by 2/3. -Increasing female prison sentences by 63%. -Allowing female longevity to DECREASE. -Stripping women of child custody at least an additional 37% of the time. -Forcing women to take much more dangerous jobs and suffer the same work fatality and serious injury rates as men. -Female students would have to be graded 40% harder in every step of school and college. --Women would have to liable to be drafted in to military service and forced into combat.
They would also be responsible for every word they say. If a man says the wrong word to another man he gets punched in the mouth full force. Lot of guys today hold back when dealing with females.
I think we're equal just different, I'm not a feminist, but i also don't think men are better nor do i think women are better, i think the genders are different and have different strengths and abilities they do better.

Yes, I've noticed that there's tons of guys who make less than the next guy at work and the guy making less doesn't turn it into a federal case. It is what it is.
And when I worked with a woman who was making 3x more than me (she had a different role) I didn't whine about it... even if I suspected she got into her job based on looks. She also had some talent. And the owner of the company has the right to give jobs to whoever he wants to. I focus more on improving myself than whining.

Men (generally) have different cognitive functions that naturally make is better leaders, soldiers, protectors and inventors.
However if you will always find exceptions to every rule. I dated a young feminine Eastern European girl who became a semi truck driver (who averages 8 to 10k a month). She’s got more balls than I do when I was her age. Again she’s feminine too not some butch.
But I’m glad you accept the differences. I’m more supportive of women when they have realistic outlooks on the world vs. being westernized victims and crybabies who don’t want to work but rather complain.
Oh there is equality when it comes to them having the same job opportunities as men. I have seen female doctors, female nurses, female firefighters, etc. The only exception is that women would prefer to have a job behind a desktop. Also, there is quite an inequality towards men when it comes to legal issues such as domestic violence, child custody, etc.

Because they are way over men in terms of privileges - they get to demand to feel good, men to deliver what they ask - and be judged on how well they do it (if with a sme she finds another guy to have two - if grumpy she dumps you to find a guy who will allow her to have two boyfriends and hug her for it/arrange it for her)

The guys knew they were getting less out of the deal but they were okay with it because the women were loyal and respectful. We have equality in most areas (not in the 3. rd world countries) but as soon as we start treating it like a competition, then we'll create the image of not yet having equality until we match each other.
