I think it’s just societal norms, girls have always been seen as more innocent and need of protection from men, especially with how women were expected to be virgins and needed to be chaperoned and shit. But for men, no one bats an eye if they’re sexual and even for boys, it’s seen as a ‘you had sex, you’re a man!’ kind of moment and you can even see it now with how boys are least likely to report rape or sexual assault

In general.. women are viewed as more sacred and less predatory... Physical and psychological damage is usually more severe for a female victim.. Mix all that.. People won't take female pedophiles seriously... It shouldn't be, Cuz a crime is a crime and every case is different

Because the real anger of pedophilia started from older women wanting to Get rid of competition. I tried to have a conversation about women who abuse underage guys with a friend of mine. I was taking about an abuse of power situation as in Teacher/student, but he seemed to be of the mindset that all school age guys would love that...
