I do not think teens or college students should be working at shitty low class jobs such as Walmart, gas stations, or fast food.

I think that the government should set up a system where teens and college students can work pulling invasive weeds such as English Ivy and Tansy with good pay. This can be a summer job and much better than working at a dumb dead end job

So non profit organizations would have government backing the payroll and put people to work on local issues like invasive weed picking or anything else that the local communities need that wouldn't have the money to hire for that job.

Ok you do that meaning for many their food supply has been cut off as there's no store to buy at. The transport workers who deliver are out of work as well, the farmers who sell to these places loose their markets. So now you've not only adversely affected young people but vast swathes of people being made unemployed, and families going hungry. All to solve a non problem.
