Those of us that you hate so badly, if we all disappeared tomorrow, no one would be there to feed you anymore. All of your bubbles would deflate and you would be forced to exit and seek water and food because you went to the faucet and there was no pressure and then sought a bottle of water at the market and the shelves were empty; all those tractor driving hated backward farmers just vanished into dust. Coincidentally, all of the power went out and there were no ignorant redneck line-workers to bring them back. You also discovered that the sewer backed up so you had to move out of your basement that you took refuge in because that toothless sewer rooter hillbilly is no longer answering the phone. Yep, the phones, internets, TV, cables, all went down after all of the on-pole-UPS-s went dead—been there done that. Therefore, your ideal world has been achieved where you are all free from the evil, ignorant, naturally-immune, freedom thinker types. Now all of you can relish in you high IQs and experimental vaccines because you are now safe as long as the perception holds.

The argument - mainly espoused by Republicans in America first - is that the vaccine was developed "too quickly". This because the roll out is being overseen by Biden, not Don "Adolf was a misunderstood vegan" Trump himself.

I'm fed up of trying to help people who are too ignorant to understand the pandemic is not a partisan issue. Too stupid to acknowledge that most of the available vaccines weren't developed in America anyway. Additionally individuals under the age of 50 years of age that received 2 doses of either Pfizer BioNTech or Oxford–AstraZeneca vaccines were about 6 times more likely to die of the delta variant than unvaxinated individuals according to a large study of the UK health system. What you see now are the people who don't understand logical arguments and say things like "People who got the vaccine still got Covid, so obviously the vaccine doesn't work". They will continue to buy into what they emotionally believe even in the face of contradictory evidence.
