Was British or Islamic rule in India worse?

Depends on what people class as worse or better. I would say Islamic is worse because British rule progressed there development on many things. Not saying they may have not done all these things themselves eventually but who knows what they would of been like today without all that development and even today india still needs a lot more.

@Kaneki05 So they did, 10th to 16th cenuries. I don't know enough about the subject to form an opinion, but I can't imagine their rule was much different to anyone else's would have been at the time. (Catholic/protestant/Hindu, etc.)
