It's well worth it in my opinion. There isn't too much visually so you can listen to it in the background if you want.

Sex and gender are same thing incontext to biology.

I'm any medical form or application it would be either asked as Sex or gemser meaning Male or Female

There are two sexes male and female they are scientific and distinguished by chromosomes and then there's gender, gender is an expression that you can choose and change there are thousands of different genders
