But this moronic president says that getting out of Afghanistan is just a matter of choice, by the Americans trapped there. Really?

Yesterday someone on this site told me that it's the American civilians' own fault for being being in Afghanistan.
I don't have the wisdom to agree or disagree with that. But just keep in mind... the Americans being held hostage in that hell-hole, were not there because it's a vacation destination. These people are

Nurses
Carpenters
Engineers
Electricians
Plumbers
Teachers... etc

Should they have risked their lives doing what they believe is the right thing? I don't know, and I don't claim to know.
