As for the quote, if you were so easily swayed by your perceived "weak," then you never had full control of your strength to begin with. They were actually your stronger to control you.

This quote would be applicable to a sci-fi flick where a giant is forced to live in restraints so he can live among tiny people and the giant is sad because of it. This isn't applicable to race unless you already consider one race to be superior to another. We are all equal and should be treated thus.

Nietzsche was a pretty interesting philosopher, especially when it came to his concepts of strength and masculinity. Yet I also think he spent too much time alone treating himself to a glass of milk. :-D I think that quote highlights both his masculine strength and antisocial weakness at the same time.
