When you lie or exaggerate about a legitimate and important crisis (like in this video), or you waffle more than Eggo with critical medical advice (like Dr. Fauci), or you're unintentionally vague with important information (like with masks), you're going to create distrust with the general public at the most inopportune times... even if you had the best intentions.

They mentioned 'Covid floor', which I'm assuming is a ward specifically decked out with rebreathers, etc. Just because someone is off them and is doing better, doesn't mean they're out of the woods.

It's a group meeting, you dipshit. I was in meetings in one of my old jobs where we would agree to talk one-to-one about things because we had no reason to take up everyone elses time discussing minucia that wasn't relevant to anyone else.
