A better question would be why black people don't. Sometimes I think the real source of black anger isn't racism, it's that they know they can never live up to white standards. We make blacks feel inferior, even without trying. Like barbarians seeing the grandeur of Rome, it makes them feel small, so they seek to destroy what they cannot ever create. White people flatter blacks constantly, and tell them how awesome they are, but deep down I think blacks all know that white culture makes their culture look pathetic in comparison. Ever see 'Hamilton"? What a steaming turd that show is, next to practically any classic Broadway show.

Have you hired many "White" people? I have hired dozens of "White" people. Well, I guess you probably mean "White" Americans. I would say perfection is not a recurring theme.

Some are really great and strive to be the best. Others. . . not so much.

The very best engineers/technicians I have hired or worked with have been Indian. But the sampling is biased. Because almost all were immigrants.

I think for many of us we grow up in a system where we were told we could do anything and were treated like we excelled in everything so now when we don't even in something, which happens to everyone, we feel like a failure or a fraud because we feel like everything we do needs to be perfect. Instead I think we need to learn to fail and learn from it

For achievers, image is secondary. Nobody shops at Brooks Brothers anymore. Accomplishment is central.
