Why are white people so uptight?

Out of all the races i have noticed that white people are the most uptight, controlling , perfectionists people. I work with a lot of white people (and im not judging all) but some are very controlling and want everything to be ''quick and perfect''. Now i am a hard worker, and i don't mind working hard but they stress a lot and they should just chill out, no wonder whites get all those diseases at an early age, im not saying all white people are like that because i know enough whites who aren't like that and are very chill, but damn....let's 80% are uptight! Why?

Why can't black people take a joke?
Out of all races, i have noticed that black people are the most arrogant, non-patient ignorant people. I work with a lot of black people (and im not judging all) but some are very ignorant and want everything to be ''serious and upfront''. Now i am a hard worker, and i don't mind working hard but they just can't take a joke and they should just chill out, no wonder blacks get all those cops after them, i'm not saying all black people are like that becasue I know enough blacks who aren't like that and are very chill.. but damn.. let's say 80% are ignorant! Why?

so uhm... I'm white, so. Bear that in mind. But honnnestly I kinda think. White people are racist as fuck and are well known to hold people of colour to much higher, unfair, expectations than we do other white people. Subconsciously, at least, we are more likely to be more demanding of service workers/our co-workers/etc if they aren't white. And maybe subconsciously we still feel entitled to your service and subordinance.

Dumb generalization.
A lot of the white people here steal and do drugs.
When working, a lot get bitchy because they haven't had a cigarette break and will refuse to help out a customer because its their coworkers job.
But I'm not going to say that 80% of white people are lazy thieving druggies.

Quick and perfect are the way to make money. Real money. Maybe you should try it. If not, that's fine but just don't complain that others are rich and living the good life. white's are like that because that is how they are raised. They are raised that way so they can earn money to take care of their family.

I think it may have something to do with puritanism a big part of British-American culture back then. Everything has to be so pure. Elements of it still around in white culture at least in anglophone countries.
