Unlikely. There probably isn't a doctor anywhere that could get close enough to Trump to do an unbiased diagnosis of his mental state. He only surrounds himself with family members and vetted sycophants. Even if a doctor COULD do an unbiased diagnosis, Trump would probably sue him for 'defamation of character', or some shit like that.

And you think Trump is worse? Trump's approval rating NEVER hit as low as 37%, the way Biden's is now. Trump may say "bad" things (all the SJW's need to get their safe spaces ready again), but at least Trump's policies kept America safe. They sent our economy on a massive boost that Democrats feared. To say 81 million people voted for the current Whitehouse jackass, is an absolute LIE. Many states over-counted illegal votes to get to that number.

You want this to happen because you just know that if he were to run again he'd win for sure. It isn't going to happen though, because unlike Biden, he isn't mentally deficient or unbalanced.
Look at it this way. The U. S. is now so far gone, that at this stage it wouldn't matter who the president was. The country is falling apart, never to rise again, and the president is in any case just a figurehead, with the real people running the show remaining invisible, so don't worry about it.
