As far as I know the courts of law still support the 5th amendment but that shit would never fly with the court of public opinion.

"Progressive" groups like feminism has been whittling away the right to due process for decades because they cannot wrap their collective minds around the mere possibility that an accuser could be using the state as a weapon against someone.

Those are the ones I know for sure are being violated.

1. Those rights were made in the context that they were "God-given", to say that the individual can take that right away is to equate them with God or, if you aren't religious, equate them as determinants of what a human right is.

If anything, the CDC website has confirmed that states like Florida that swore away from government intervention have done far better with covid than the rest of the country. You don't need the boot of the state on the heads of the common rabble to "convince" them to go through an irreversible medical treatment if anything, the opposite happens.
