True. The people that preach love and kindness endlessly are the most unkind and treacherous of them all. The people that actually are kind and loving don't have to shout it from the rooftops-- they demonstrate it quietly with their actions and people can see it. Insincerity is always loud. Lots of bells and whistles. Sincerity is quiet and just does its job.

The world is filled with it. If that wasn’t the case, then social media wouldn’t be filled with loud mouths that have quotes like “be kind” surrounding their profiles
