Not all countries have ID cards like yours.
Cyber bullies are but a report and block button away from being handled.

Maybe the site could implement a restriction on number of accounts linked to an IP address in a 24 he window to stop bullies from keeping making new accounts when bullying someone if they keep getting blocked.

Yes, but I do think that is violation of privacy. There’s many people that don’t prefer using their info on social media for personal reasons outside of cyber bullying

Reducing or eliminating anonymity on the web generally can only be a good thing.
I presume they tolerate it on this site so people feel free to ask and answer embarrassing questions.

I would be interested in some kind of internet guard like that. Like car registries. But freedom of speech is pretty sacrosanct. Maybe we should be teaching kids how to respond to bullying instead.
