Literally 2022 where women have been aborting left right and centre where “boss woman” culture is in. Trust me it’s not women who don’t want to be president it’s society and also the office who won’t let them.

Either you've misunderstood, or those who told you have been misinformed. It's not that women are more mature; any glance into the politics of an office will show you that. It's that girls PHYSICALLY mature- i. e., enter puberty- at a younger age than boys do.

Women generally don't take on Presidencies or other positions of high leadership because they evolved to be risk-averse, and seek out jobs and life roles with better work-life balance.
