What should min wage be?

Min wage started at $0.25 in 1938 , it tripled to $0.75 in 1950. In 1968 it increased to $1.60 an hour. In 1981 it climbed to $ 3.35. Then increased to $7.25 in 2009. Talking about being behind the times. It is still the Min wage in 20 States as of 2022 .
What should min wage be?
Look at the inflation we have now and they are going to have to make it $15 at least. What will inflation be then?

The truth is that $25 an hour would not be enough today to live with all basic needs.

So it tripled from $0.25 to $0.75 in 12 years, then took 18 Years to double , then 13 years to double , then 28 years to double again. It should have been adjusted every 5 years.

Looks like business will have to settle for profits of 5% to 10% instead of doubling their money. I always try to double my profits. So, people will either need to down size to sole propriety , or make 5 to 10 % profit and pay employees more. The Gap between business owners and workers is just going to have shrink. Business in US is never going to be the same again.
What should min wage be?
