And if that’s the statistic you want to use you’re supposed to link where you got it from or else it’s just an empty statement.

And the statistics I link already go into depth with that. Black sounding names are less likely to receives call backs from jobs and black resumes that are identical to white resumes are less likely to receive call backs even if said white person has a criminal record
