This is very vague so it all depends on:

• What do you mean by "like?"
• What do you mean by "black people?"
• How much are you generalizing? And do you need to be more specific/think & categorize in more complex ways?
• Do you see other races as superior simply because of skin tone?

As a black guy, I can say that I don't generally get along with black people as much as I do white people. But I don't dislike black people. Just the certain types that fall into a certain lower class category as they tend to have thought and behavioral differences that don't align well with mine. And it doesn't make me racist because I'm the same way with all races that act a similar way.

Do you shave your head to show your loyalty to white people?
Do you support LGBTQ group?

Yes, it is. If you said, "I don't like THAT person, " and they happen to be Black, I could understand. But if you say you dislike ALL Black people, then I'd think you were racist.

Racism is claiming that one race is superior to another.
It could be racist if you're saying that you don't like black people because they're inferior in some way.
It may be a gray area of not being racist if say, you don't like black people because black people usually don't like you so you just don't bother engaging with them.
