Why does people have to be transphobic?

Depends on what you define as transphopic. Like I my self literally could care less what anyone does with their own body so long as it does not hurt anyone else. I can even agree that there are some individuals that have enough body or gender dyisphoria that something like social and medical transition would possibly be beneficial to them.

With that said however I do not consider trans women female or trans males male. it is not a point of hate or being mean. as I said I am mostly indifferent to it... except where I can't be. For example nudity. There is a youtuber. Blair white, absolutely gorgeous transsexual her and I would probably get a long very well. but I would never be in a situation were she and I would be naked together because while I can accept her as a woman socially she is not female physically and has no intention of getting her penis made into something more female looking. Like that trans swimmer Lea Tompson, recently several women on her team have wrote a letter complaining about her becoming erect in their presence in the locker room while they are all naked. Those women are apparently all tranphobic now because they are upset that a male bodied individual that they are being forced to share their locker room with is becoming sexually excited at the sight of their naked female bodies... but it is ok because Lea identifies as a 6'2 190 pound big cocked cum shooting lesbian so these other women shouldn't feel uncomfortable around her throbbing member... cause she is just a female too.

Because they disapprove of people that are different. They can't accept people as they are. Some use their religion as an excuse to hate them which is pathetic. However, not wanting to date or not being attracted to a trans person doesn't make you transphobic. This could be for a number of reasons like wanting to have biological children.

I've been called that just for raising questions about trans athletes participating in women's sports. But I don't think it's fair to call me "transphobe" in this context. I'm happy to call a transwoman a "she" and a transman a "he". I'm happy to become the best of friends. But I think in sports, we can't ignore physiological differences. I can't ignore the fact that a transwoman has hands as big as mine when she's breaking four women's powerlifting world records in one day despite a year and a half of HRT.

There are also the Riley Dennis types who will call me "transphobe" or "cissexist" just because I don't want to date a transwoman and say the only reasons are reductionist boiling down to genitalia. I don't think that's fair. All the trans people I've met aren't anywhere close to this extreme. But extremists divide us as I see it.

It's a push-comes-shove thing as I see it. I really want to be respectful and just get along. I'm trying as hard as I can to avoid distinguishing a "real woman" or a "real man". So I'm at a loss about how to navigate here. I don't want to use these distinctions but not if they mean we ignore physiological differences completely.

There is, in my opinion, a genetic component. Humans have an overpowering urge to procreate, and I believe this aspect of humans will cause issues with people that are seen as different, LGBTQ+. My opinion only.

For the record, refusing to date a transperson isn't transphobic, its a preference. Saying they are going to hell because they are transgender is transphobic though.

Transphobic is nowadays whatever some trans people don't happen to like whether its biology or not letting men compete in women's sports.
