My vote goes to either declaring every "military aged male" in a drone strike zone to be an enemy combatant unless POSTHUMOUSLY cleared (imposing a literal death sentence for being the wrong sex) or signing bills of attainder based on nothing more than the unverified WORD of a partner who says you abused her, with the added bonus that said abuse could include the emotional variety (meaning pretty much every element of due process was suspended).

It's one of the reasons we revolted against England, and not only did Obama make it a legal option, he did so *while a Constitutional lawyer*. The guilt of the American and his son was never established and no information has been released. He may have been tried by secret trial but that's nazi territory. Many innocent people were killed in these strikes.
