Because they are victims of bad environments. You have to think deeper. Why do they commit criminality? There could be a lot of factors - many of them being socially constructed. When living in bad environments you tend to surround yourself with people who are also bad company. And as we say -those you surround yourself with say a lot about you. Group pressure is a great example. Bad environments can also lead to a bad upbringing as a child - leading to lack of self control or even lack of empathy. 'evilness' is very often a result of bad social surroundings. People usually don't hurt other people with only the intention to hurt. It could be idealistic evilness where one believes they are doing something good by committing an evil act. It could be due to forming an 'us'-'them' perspective where 'us' is people in your own surroundings and 'us' could be everyone else - including white people. Also when you live in a bad envirmoment, your economy status is most likely quite low which might lead to drugs which can get you into lots of trouble - like criminality - like murder. So to put it briefly - It's not a result of being black, it is a result of bad envirmoments and in a society where white people is superior - the black people would be the victims.

I’d say it’s pretty lazy thought to just assume that’s happening strictly because of people’s skin color. I’d wager the most common reasons behind crime are desperation and psychological damage, it’s very rarely just that someone is “evil.” I think we’re too quick to just brand people, of any demographic, “criminals” and just try to wash our hands of them. That’s just exceedingly lazy. The focus should be on societal causes and psychological effects on people. Also, we should be trying to help people who run afoul of the law, not just quitting on them. People have very little empathy for others and just assume everyone’s life experiences are the same, or that their responses to similar life experiences should all be the same, and that’s just simply not reality.

How do people mixed race figure into statistics, there are tons of people with a black parent and then another parent of a different race. For all I know, the same person is being counted as white in the population but black as a crime stat. The whole figure feels pointed, like you’re trying to justify your disdain for black folks, or the poor treatment they often receive.
