Is Roe Vs Wade (abortion rights) in serious danger of being overturned in the future in the United States?

No. It's too useful as a political club. If you look at the zeitgeist, you'll see the general attitude on homosexuality amongst American conservatives has shifted in the past twenty years, from "Ewww!" to "Eh, keep it to yourself and I don't care". This is part of why the American left has gone to drag-queen story hour extremes: to convince gay folks that "those evil conservatives are still out to get you!"; it's why they talk about "allies"- to convince them that there's a war going on, and they're under attack, so they must make sure to under NO circumstances vote for a Republican! Same thing with abortion. It's why the rhetoric of "safe, affordable, and rare" has vanished into the ether, to the point where New York had that bill allowing *post-birth* abortions.
What they stand for is gone, replaced with what they stand against.
It's also why they keep harping on about the matter, ignoring the fact that all Roe V Wade does is prevent things on a federal level; even if it WAS overturned, there'd be nothing stopping individual states from making their own laws.
Science has never supported Roe. And Roe was a court venturing into territory it didn't lawfully have scope to rule over in the first place. Overturning it should be a given. Should be. However, the screeching spirit drinkers will fight tooth and nail to keep it "legal," no matter what!
I think its getting overturned in the future. I won't be surprised if it happens next year.
Let's hope not. I dont personally agree with abortion, but it is not my place to prevent those who are fine with it. For those who are doing it for religious beliefs, you need to keep that out of politics. Just have faith in whatever God you believe in, that they will be judged the way you hope. For those who don't believe in a God, they can continue doing what is right for them.
Too bad. It's going to happen.
Then you'd all be responsible for even more deaths. Lack of legal options doesn't mean lack of abortions. So instead of 1 life you'll ruin twice as many or you'll force children to be raised in broken homes and make society twice as broken as is.
You can't and will not regulate peoples sexual lives with this.

It's not a danger. It's correcting a wrong. I answered A.
Part of the Supreme Court's decision will evoke the 10th Amendment.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Roe is and always was Unconstitutional. There is no right to abortion or privacy. However, the states can and should address abortion legislatively. Texas is and liberal states like New York will. This is as it always should have been.
It depends it can go either way, but to overturn an elected amenment is hard andtakes time and legal technicalities
Can ya please answer my question to man
What question?
This is a case that proves how not impartial the court is.
Roe v. Wade was passed by a liberal court. Many Constitutional scholars have said that the courts reasoning in the case was flawed and not really based on what the Constitution says.
Too bad it will take a Conservative court to overturn it.
There have been way too many 5-4 SCOTUS decisions. That proves the court plays politics with its rulings.
Wrong. Roe vs Wade was passed by majority conservatives judges. Do your research.
Are you basing the term "consevative" based on who appointed the justice or the justice's voting record?
The justices themselves.
I do fear for women in this country for the fanatical religious right and how they affect our legislators and jurists.
Not sure. Scotus has the right wing muscle thanks to orangutan.
I hope so!
