What do you think of the Ukrainians resting the Russians and actually giving them an ass whooping?

The Ukrainians have a lot of guts and balls to stand up to Russia and fight them. It seems like the Ukrainians are really holding off well. I just hope there's a ceasefire soon and peace talks, or Ukraine completely repels The Russian army

this is kind of what I was expecting... since Russia has only mobilized one third of the forces they have ready to invade, and as usual... the ones defending their land will do it with 200% conviction while the occupying forces know very well that their cause is not a fair one, and it is a despicable one... they're on hire and they're following orders

if the reports are true, there's dozens upon dozens of 19 year old Russian "kids" that are barely trained, not properly equipped and they're not even sure who is Russian or Ukrainian army

for the Russian army to actually take over, they would have to do a whole lot more damage to people and to infrastructure but that's something they cannot afford, not only because it will show them in the worst light, not to the rest of the world but to the Russian people back in Russia, this is what Putin does not want, if the Russian people start turning on him that is going to be the kind of pressure he cannot deal with and moreso when his oligarchs have started to make statements of their own against this war

also, when you look at the region of Crime today, which is a region of two million people, things are not going well there, at all... there's a lot of financial and economic troubles, Putin was supposed to "liberate and look after Russians over there" and they barely have running water since 2014

so yes, like you... I just hope that the talks just speed up and a cease fire is agreed upon sooner rather than later, because if this becomes army vs army at the fuller capabilities, Ukraine won't stand any chance by itself
